Who we are
Together Green Gardening Services is a sole trader business run by Glen Kirby. You can contact us by email at kirbywglennn@hotmail.com. We don't publish a postal address for the business.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode or area, the service you're interested in, and any message you add.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. We don't use them for anything else.
Where it goes
Enquiries are emailed directly to Glen. To make sure enquiries are never lost, they are also stored securely by our website provider, Silver Spider Media, as part of the systems that run this website.
Our lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interest to handle your enquiry, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, such as agreeing a quote.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for no longer than we need to. As a guide, that's typically around 12 months, unless you go on to become a customer, in which case we keep what's needed for ongoing garden visits and invoicing.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and handle enquiries: an email delivery service to send messages, a hosting provider (Vercel) to run the site, and Google to display our genuine reviews. None of these providers use your details for their own marketing.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. To do any of this, email kirbywglennn@hotmail.com.
